It's real easy to see what companies will be viable in the future.. just try tweeting for a wee bit of customer service.
I reached out to @vonage and got nothing.
Time was that I'd just live with it.. today, abuse of customers stands out.
It's not an issue of "can I squawk and get service?" ..today it's "if they don't respond, they've already lost :).
